SHIPPING POLICY

Memory Lane ships all accessory orders within 5 business days once order and payment is received, pending stock and item availability.

Shipping hours are Monday through Thursday 8AM to 4:30PM, Friday 8AM – Noon CST. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Memory Lane furniture items are made per order and arrive within 3 weeks of order processing date. The furniture ships directly from manufacturer via courier freight. Updated tracking information will be provided as received. It is always Memory Lane’s prerogative to get furniture items delivered as soon as possible, but delays are possible.

All accessory orders will ship via FedEx. Tracking will be provided and packages typically arrive within 3 – 5 days after shipping.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Damages are replaceable per listed policy below.

At this time, Memory Lane cannot ship to PO boxes. All orders require valid shipping addresses. Memory Lane is currently only available to be shipped in the continental USA.

Memory Lane shipping rates are listed below. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
$0 - $500 = $50 Shipping
$500 - $750 = $75 Shipping
$750 - $1,000 = $100 Shipping
$1,000 - $1,550 = $150 Shipping
$1,550+ = $200 Shipping
Shipping Methods:
At this time we only ship via FedEx. If you require expedited shipping please contact us using our Contact Us to discuss options. Furniture will be shipped directly from manufacturer as a Drop-Ship service.

Items that are refused by the recipient will incur a 15% standard restocking fee not to exceed the original and return shipping charges incurred on the shipment. Shipping charges, if applied, are non-refundable for refused shipments.
Return+Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with same or similar merchandise. Accessory replacements ship within 14 business days. Furniture replacements depend on stock, but typically takes 2-3 weeks. Please follow the steps below for filing claims for damaged merchandise.
Drop ship and custom items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, there are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment.

If package arrives damaged, please refuse package and notify Memory Lane within 15 days. A replacement will be shipped.

If driver leaves a damaged package, take a photo of damaged area and label. Open package and inspect merchandise for damage. If damage is found, take additional photos of the damage. Email orders@memorylanealz.com, add 'Order # Damage' in the subject line [ex: Order 45621A Damage], a brief description of packaging and merchandise damage and attach all photos. An email response will be sent within 48 business hours. If damage is found, a replacement will be shipped.
IMPORTANT : In all cases, retain all packaging materials until resolution of claim. Once claim is resolved, all packaging materials can be discarded.
